A Comment A Day to grow the site by Sassafras
My goal on this site is to leave at least one comment a day. Why?
Interaction and feedback does so much for an artist or writer-it is so encouraging to see what people thought and felt about your work. It makes people want to log in, to follow a conversation, to see what people said. Sometimes friendships are built, or just fan-creator rapport.
I've noticed Weasyl can be a bit quiet. If we want more conversation or feedback, I think we should start it. One comment a day, one comment at a
time. If you already do that much or more a day, try to do one more. Who's with me?

I actually try to do this as well, sometimes even on multiple websites to keep them going.

Yeah, I get the feeling that Weasyl really needs more people here that want to look at art, not just post it. I see so many talented artists, but very few faves or comments. DA seems like it's coming down with this problem too. I think a lot of the non-artist userbase that was just there to have fun and look at art has gone elsewhere. It's a shame.
