Oh my gosh I knew my spine was bad, but I didn't know it was this bad...
So, my thoracic vertebrae are pretty much the only ones that were in the correct position.
My C1 was shifted over, and the rest of the Cs were twisted crisscross directions. All but one lumbar vertebrae were out of place, and my sacrum was going off in a completely wrong direction, taking my hips with it.
My neck crunched so loud when the doc adjusted me, like it sounded horrible. Not as much cracking from the other parts, but now I have tape holding it all in place.

I read this on FA. I haven't been for adjustments in years, but it wouldn't hurt to get checked up. I have mixed feelings about chiropractors, but after a good session I did seem to feel a bit better. Jacob's Ladder started my fascination with this field.
