Photography is more than just simply creating a still image of something (or someone). It can be its own art form.

I like several of your photos, and I think you're really pretty. I'd like to see what other subjects you can photograph, though. It'd help you grow as a photographer and I think you could take some pretty nice shots. I'd also look into getting Photoshop or GIMP (GIMP is free :D) if you're interested in photo manipulations, as they can make photos look more artistic than phone or app filters. I'm not very good at manipulation, but it's a fun art to mess around with, even if you don't end up doing much with it.

Photography is creating a(n) image of something or someone. So I would say that its art in your own way.
