What a weekend! Megaplex 2015 was a great trip! There were several highlights for the weekend:

Friends, both old and new:
I can't think of an event that has more friends in one place than Megaplex. I got to hang all weekend long with the amazing folks in the Dealer's Den. gen and merrihop did a wonderful job running the den (as usual). All the usual suspects were there and it was great seeing you all again! A lot of new Dealers this year too. It was great meeting you all!

I got to hang with my homies, snootskunk leilia raze colorado, snoot's helpful and charming bf, Jack and of course my wonderful husband. So nice getting to know Leilia's buddies, robo-shark and zeta-neubourn too! There are many MANY more of you that made my weekend splendid! I enjoyed every conversation I had this weekend and everyone I met was super nice.

Thursday night bowling was particularly fun! I'm glad I didn't miss it this year.

Mud for everyone:
On a not so awesome note... the field that was the overflow parking lot turned into a swamp after 3 days of downpour. Leilia's car got stuck at one point and had to be pushed out. And walking through all the muck to get to our car was not very pleasant. Thankfully the con will be at a bigger hotel next year and parking shouldn't be a problem, yay!

Art aplenty:
Wow! I think I set a personal record this year for commissions taken and art sold! Thank you all so much for supporting my work at the convention. I am truly humbled by your enthusiasm for what I do. I can't wait to show you the new and delightful things I have planned for Megaplex 2016! I'll be posting a few of the commissions from the con in the coming weeks.

Lol, I actually got at least 5 hours of sleep each night despite staying up late working that weekend. Not to shabby!

The Art Jam Snoot and I hosted went well! I really enjoyed hanging out with you all, and hope I provided the help you asked for. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the convention didn't provide everything they promised, but we made the best with what was given to us. The drawing pads on each table worked out well and I think we'll do that again. As far as numbers go, I think over 40 of you showed up to draw with us. I'm sorry to those that couldn't find a seat. Next year we are definitely going to need a bigger room! :D

Since Monday I've been busy giving shout-outs to all my buddehs! If you signed my shout-out book but have not gotten a special thank you message from me it's because I couldn't read your handwriting :( Sorry, I tried!
