And hEERRESSS THE PLOT

It's about a small 10 year old girl, named Audrey, with an intense fear of the dark and her mother. Her mother and father have been divorced since she was just 5. Her mother has become an alcoholic since then, and has been abusing her since she was little. One night, her mom comes home with a gun in her hand, and beer in the other. Audrey escaped through the backyard door, and took a lantern, and ran. She ran as far as she could, until she ran out of energy, and collapsed. She then woke up on the far side of town, the outskirts. There, the sun wasn't out, it was always dark, for some strange reason. Audrey, extremely terrified, took her lantern, and began to walk around. She wanted to go home, but she realized, her mother could have KILLED her. So she decided, that she should venture out, until she gets to her divorced father's house. He didn't live too far from her mom, but the question was, where is SHE? She then goes on a quest to find her dad's house, and try to brave through her phobias.

I don't think I need to make this +13, because the plot's a bit dark (BADUM TSSHHH) but I think it's fine when it comes to rating.
