Heh, just another little journal to let folks know that, yes, I'm still alive and perkin' along okay! Been dealing with the problem of slow art output in recent times, along with the regret that my vacation is drawing to a close in a short time...though after this long away from college, well, I imagine a change of pace would be nice. chuckle

So where to begin...well, first off, I wanted to apologize to those who have waited so very long for their commissions, or to see much new work from me at all. I find that around the summer time my art gets a bit more sporadic for some reason - an ingrained habit from my days back in K-12 schools? Haven't a clue really. Needless to say, I do try to keep track of what needs doing for who and all, and I try not to overload myself with too much work. Some of my experiences have made me conclude that, if I ever do another YCH auction, I won't have an animated tier, since the amount of work involved is, well, quite a lot. x_x Probably still going to try and make it more elaborate as the bidding goes higher, but after a certain point it'd wind up being way too much to cope with.

As for my own life, well, right now my mind is occupied with a couple things. First, the fact that college will be starting up for me again in a few weeks time (meep!); second, my upcoming birthday on August 30th, which I hope to spend with friends and family having some fine fun! There may also be some surprises in store for me from friends, but I couldn't say what - wouldn't be much of a surprise if I knew what I'd be getting eh? I look forward to seeing what happens all the same!
