Commissions TOS

Before you commission me you MUST read and agree to my TOS. If you fail to read and comply with and or break any of the rules on my TOS, you will be blacklisted.

General

•I have the right to refuse/turn down commissions for any reason. ( I may not be comfortable drawing everything, or feel I won't be able to draw your order to the best of my abilities. )

•I retain the copyrights of all my art. If I wish to use it for advertising commissions, etc. I have the right to do so. I may upload on Weasyl & both of my deviantART accounts ghostlyflorist & Maple-Liger !

•You MAY NOT use my art on any other website without my permission. Toyhou.se is an exception ONLY if you place a watermark over the image, whether it be the default or your own. Credit MUST BE GIVEN.

•If you wish to re-upload on Weasyl, you STILL HAVE TO ASK. It's still re-uploading/posting my art. Once you are given permission, upload it WITH my watermark, and in the description credit me. ( See at the end of the journal. ) You do not HAVE TO but it would be nice to link back to the original piece!

•If you wish for your art to remain private, ask me first and we will talk.

• I'm a slow worker, please have patience with me. Asking for updates after a few weeks since the order had been accepted, is fine, constantly hassling me about your commission is not.

•I do not always do my to-do list in order! I do my commissions based on what I feel I can draw. I will never rush artwork or do an artwork when I am not up to it. I will absolutely NEVER post or give a commissioner anything that is not my best work because I feel I am ripping you off or cheating you. You will get your moneys worth!

•I will only accept a commission with a visual, at least flat colored ref! I will NOT go by description!If you wish to give me a deadline we will discuss. I will try to get commissions out in under a month, but it is NOT guaranteed. Please be aware that my Commission TOS may change at anytime.

Payment & Refunds

•I accept both point and paypal commissions! ( see prices after art content! )

•Before I start your commission you must send me half of the payment. Once the commission is finished you may send the rest.

•I will redo small parts of your commission three times and three times ONLY. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, we will discuss a refund. If the edits involve changing a whole pose or character, I will treat it as a new commission.

•I hold the right to make refunds if I am unable / no longer willing to complete your commission.

•I will not refund you just because you didn't plan ahead, and need the money back to buy something else. If it is an actual emergency, please let me know and we can talk.

•NEVER SEND PAYMENT UNLESS GIVEN THE OKAY. I will NOT refund you if you do so.

•Most ferals ( Ask if you are unsure )
•Most closed species ( Ask if you are unsure )
•Kemonomimis
•Humans
•Other humanoids
•Anthros
•SIMPLE color backgrounds
•Any gender & any gender couples

I MIGHT draw:

•SOFT nudity/suggestive/sexual themes ( humans & humanoids only, kemonomimis included. Ask if you are unsure!)
•Gore/Blood
•Semi-detailed backgrounds ( patterns, simple scenery, etc. )
•Pokemon
•Dragons/fantasy creatures
•Reptiles/amphibians
•Fish/Aquatic creatures

What I will NOT draw:

•Character themes/situations I am uncomfortable with.
•Overly muscular characters ( not skilled enough )
•Older characters ( not skilled enough )
•Very young children ( toddlers/babies not skilled enough )
•Mech. ( not skilled enough )
•Overly detailed and complex backgrounds ( not skilled enough )
•MLP, Total Drama, and most other styled fan characters.
•Fetish art and explicit sex scenes.

Place the "Code" word/phrase "Cotton Candy Clouds" in your order or as well I will decline you! It will change every time I open up commissions.

*Please note, to those who have paid/have yet to pay for a commission before the TOS has been made the new payment method does not apply to you.
