Heavy wind always seems to empower me- and I find myself with a huge excess of energy. I have a few things to do, so hopefully it will inspire me to get them done. But then after, I'm not sure how I am going to pour off the remaining excess. Perhaps I will work some on my book- or dance- or both. What kinds of things empower you?
