If you commission me, I am very clear in our communications that I need you to send an e-mail about your commission. I compile the work list and spreadsheet from these e-mails to keep track of what I owe, when I owe it and to whom. Please send e-mails, it isn't a request or a suggestion and I since I tell it to every commissioner before I accept the commission, I find it odd that I still sometimes don't get them. If I don't get them, there's a chance you won't get your commission, because as I said; I compile the work list and input the data in the spreadsheet from the e-mails and I'm very clear that about the e-mails.

No I don't want to hear from devil's advocates, I just want the directions given to people followed and if they are not followed I wont grown people to take personal responsibility for not following them. I'm clear, polite and very very consistent about this when I communicate to commissioners. Please, if you would, follow the process thank you.
