So I was cutting a hole in the plastic with a knife. All was fine and dandy, knife cuts really well and the hole is shaping up. Then I started to cut out a nice chunk of plastic in one go, and I was pushing the knife with significant amount of force because it didn't want to go thorugh so well... and then it did ! And while it was moving it also went through the tip of my little finger. The fingernail is cut in half.
Surprisingly there's very little blood, I have a bandaid wrapped around the end, so it holds the half cut off fingernail and the skin attached in place.
There's one incerdibly annoying thing though. I'm not afraid of blood or anything. But when I was patching up the finger I suddenly felt loss of blood pressure and if I hadn't laid down I probably would have fainted in some moments later. That has happened before. I'm not sure why it happens, it just does happen. Perhaps it has something to do with my already really low blood pressure.

I am not sure I'll draw a cat today, it is my left little finger, and I happen to be a lefty... The finger isn't really aching but the wound is large enough it'll rip open if put any pressure over it. I'll give it some time, perhaps it gets solid enough I can actually do stuff without worry.

I can already imagine how fingernail growth is gonna prevent this from healing up in peace as the cut is under the fingernail, and as it grows it slides over the skin and probably pushes it. But maybe it isn't gonna be that bad, we'll see.
