I AM SO SO SO CLOSE TO BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE AN AIR CONDITIONER FOR MY SWELTERING ROOM. Ohhhhh man, SO CLOSE, everyone who has helped me out this year has been amazing and thanks to ya’ll I’m almost at my goal for the cheapest window model air conditioner I could find ($126.00 on walmart.com but I’m shooting for $140 or so in case its out of stock or the price is different in store.)

This heat is really getting to me as well. I’m also afraid of my pets being stuck in this heat with me, they are pretty old/ridiculously fragile little brats . I have a fan for them, and one for myself but the fans only do so much in this wet, sticky southern death heat.

I’m still willing to do icons ($10) especially they are the quickest and most fun for me to do, I think its the limited space that allows me to superdetail a drawing, then resizing it always makes art look great. Icons are my shit, just a few more of them alone and I’d be sitting on my payment for a new AC in no time…

I currently need at least $50 to cover the cost of the AC, though I would like to make just over the full price to cover tax, or to purchase the next cheapest unit that is available if the one I’ve found online is out of stock by the time I reach my commission goal.

Bills, food, rent everything is on hold for me until I can get this taken care of. I’ve pumped out a lot of work for my recent commissioners when it’s somewhat cooler at night, but even the nights here are hot as hell and it’s very hard to hold a tablet pen with sweaty hands.
