1. What I do and Don't Draw

2. All around

---

-I do not often draw any art that is adult or "Mature" My art is more on the "G" rated side.
IF I am to draw anything mature, It is most likely going to be something that may be "revealing" or "Suggestive".

-Payment is to be received in full up front.

• Please do NOT pester me about your commission/request/trade/etc., Constant notes and messages make me not want to do it. I dunno why, just how I work.

-you may re-post art I've done for you as long as you give me credit.

-You retain all rights to your character.

-You may not, in any way, commission an artist to edit my work. Edits done for free that don't obscure my work and maintain my signature are allowed.

-I can always do small changes free of charge (Large changes will cost a small fee.)(NOTE: This is for AFTER I complete/post the image)

-My payment method requires the following: You MUST click "no shipping required" and you must include your username (and nothing else) in the note at the end of payment.

3. Adoptables

---

• There are no refunds, all sales are sales are final
• First time you post the design I'd love if you gave credit to me for the design <3
• you may edit the design if you wish, Just don't make it unrecognizable!
• if you re-post the original picture of the adoptable you must give me credit for the art!
• You may resell, but not for more then you paid, UNLESS you have bought more art of them.
• If you are to resell, let me know so I know who owns the design now.
• Other then that, I honestly don't care what you do with it. (I'd like if you used it but its your now so...whatever xD)

6. Requests/Free art

• These will come after all other types of commissions.
• You may not harass/pester me in anyway for these.
• I am NOT required to do these, they are free
• If I mess something up, please tell me, Even though this is a request/for free, I still want it to be to your liking.(Just don't go overboard)
• If you do not follow any of these Terms, OR you do not appreciate the art/hate on it, You will e added to my blacklist and you will be banned from any other chances of free art.

7. Refund Policy

---

-A full refund can only be issued before the sketch is completed.

• a partial refund can only be claimed after the sketch is completed and before the image is completed. (The amount depends on how far I have gotten)

• After the image is complete I will not give a refund.

-After you approve the preliminary sketch for your commission (only offered on larger commissions), you forfeit the right to claim that you weren't satisfied with my groundwork and will not be given a full refund. A refund minus the cost of the sketch may still be given.
