So you may have heard that there's a new Fallout 4 due out in November. I'm excited about it, naturally! Anyhoo, there is of course a collector's edition coming out for the game, and this one happens to come with a rather fancy wearable Pip-Boy replica! Now, they recently went on preorder, though getting one was a bit of a kerfuffle. Anyway, long story short, I've got one! Hooray!
Of course, in this modern age of ever smarter phones, this Pip-Boy doubles up as a phone case. While it may seem decadent to buy a smartphone purely as an accessory to an expensive feelie, I think I might indulge myself in such a device, partly so I can play Fallout Shelter in the proper setting.
I've never really owned a phone myself, so as you can probably imagine, I don't really know what I'd be doing when buying one, so I'm asking anyone who's better with phones: what kind should I get? According to the latest news (http://toucharcade.com/2015/07/01/how-to-use-your-phone-in-the-fallout-4-pip-boy/), the Pip-Boy accepts any phone up to 141.2mm x 71.6mm x 10.2mm in size, so that's probably the dimensions I'm aiming for.
So, whatever guidance and advice you can offer me in this regard would be greatly appreciated!
