So uh. by NorithicsIsANigger

Can anybody tell me why Weasyl stretches out like, all my pictures? Is there a minimum hugeness quote I'm not hitting? Because my art kind of looks terrible zoomed in, a fact that I've never attempted to hide from. =p

So uh.

    Hard to tell. it looks just fine from here but then again I don't know how the original was supposed to look.

    Hum. That is strange. Looking at your images, I can't particularly see any stretching. Wonder if its just happening on your end? Or I might just be blind, thats also possible.

    Doesn't seem to be stretching them out any at my end, from the looks of things. It could be something to do with the thumbnail update, I've no idea, but the pics themselves are looking fine so far.

    Uh, well, I dunno how to tell you this, man... But it doesn't look stretched or zoomed in to me. :x

    Because I assume if they did, they'd look all fuzzy and stuff and weird. But they kinda really don't. o.o

    Maybe we're just not catching it? >_>;

      Okay, try this: Click on one of my pictures, then actually click on the picture itself, taking you to the direct link.

        In fact, let me show you what I see.

        That's a comparison of the two images. I can actually use the transparent selection tool in paint and overlap those two images perfectly. There's no comparable difference between the two.

          Could be a browser thing? The frontpage does say this in the news post for the new Thumbnail update:

          "With the upgrade to Weasyl’s look, we’re updating our browser standards. Some features may look different in older browsers, such as IE9 and below, and Android versions 2.x and earlier. Apologies for this! If you have issues browsing, you may wish to upgrade your browser or consider another way to connect with us."

    It's a malicious conspiracy.

    I'm with Milkie on this one. I use Firefox for my browser, and your artworks as boner inducing as usual. No odd stretching or warping of the picture itself. There's always stretching and warping in the content, though. Stretching holes and warping sexual orientations!
