Hello everyone! It's been a year since I've update my Weasyl journal dang but anyways I figured it was time to do the annual life update since I've been more quiet than usual on all my accounts. Pretty much what's been happening the last month is I've been hella traveling. First to Pensacola to visit my fiance, then north Georgia to go rafting, then back to Florida to visit my grandparents, and finally I'll be returning to Pensacola this weekend to spend Fourth of July with my fiance and his family. Basically I've been on vacation the past three weeks which has left me pretty burnt out on everything and only wanting to sit on my ass 24/7 and play my 3DS. BUT in that time I've managed to do some art here and there. Commissions, Steven Universe fan art, fursuit stuff which leads me to my next cool thing: I've started on my first fursuit commission (kinda)!

It's for my fiances dad/ the local Boy Scout council of their mascot, a Thunder Bird. So far I've got the head sculpted and I'm currently waiting on fur to finish it up. I tried out a lot of new things including an adjustable head back, resin eyes, wefted yarn hair and some other stuff to be revealed once the mask is completed. After that I'll be starting on a premade which I'm hoping to sell later on down the road. I'm seriously considering taking one or two fursuit commissions (pieces or partials) some time this year but there are no guarantees. I really love making suits but commissions can be pretty intimidating especially with something that has to fit someone perfectly BUT you don't know unless you try so I think it's worth it.

SO YEAH that's what's been up lately. Summer is one of my least favorite times of the year and honestly I can't wait for it to be over. As always, art commissions are open if anyone's interested.
