Remove all notifications!

While I wish there was the 'check all, uncheck all, remove checked, nuke notifications' instead of just the remove all notifications, this is awesome!

That means I don't have to click manage submissions, check all, remove checked, then go to submission notifications, manage characters, check all, remove checked anymore. :D
