I suppose I need to go ahead and make a journal in regards to , well... everything related to Weasyl and the hellish demon grounds, Fur Affinity.
Weasyl is my new gallery home. I am still on other sites (DA, SF, IB), but I am going to dedicate Weasyl as home now. After some though and a little discussion with Kobalt about the matters regarding FA, I am no longer going to associate myself with a website that is openly going to promote cheating and such hardcore pornography. Yes, it is a furry site and there is furry porn, but the ads they implemented was far too extreme. It was a huge risk to anyone underage! There is also the risk of said ads containing very harmful malware and viruses. FA -was- an art community, now it's nothing more than a 3rd party porno website.
Moving on from that, I do apologize to all my watchers, new and old, for the massive upload of new material to my gallery. Rest assured, my transition is nearly complete and all will be quiet in my gallery by the end of the week.
To those of you passing by, thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my artwork. :)

I'm in agreement that I wish for FA to shine, but it's at the end of a very, very long path or it's been missed and, unfortunately, there is no turning around.
I'm not going to deactivate my account just because there is still a sliver of hope, but I have removed just about everything and migrated it over to here. IF that day should happen to come that FA is back to the art community I 'grew' up with, I'll return.
Granted, I wasn't super active on FA, but I do hope to be more active here. ^^

I've been using adblock thankfully, so I didn't see any of the new ads on FA but from screenshots that other people took, they certainly were terrible and trashy. Anyway, it's nice to have more activity on Weasyl for a change.

Apparently the 'hardcore' pornographic ads were removed, but there are reports of bestiality ones showing up now. A serious low ball move and very trashy, in my honest opinion.
It's very nice to see more activity here. I am already starting to feel at home here. Just from the browsing and reading on the forums, it seems so much more peaceful here. There isn't a negative vibe coming off of here like there was on FA.

I've migrated most of what I had in my FA gallery to here, just want to upload some doodles and such here later. Dragons and dinos mainly. ^__^

Not to mention it mislabeles and force-associates artist and user alike with alll such content in the ads. I don't want to see fa totally fail but if its going to do stuff like this its hard to want to consider it a main site anymore, heres to hoping atleast. But it will probably end up getting better then worse once again like has been the trend lately. With almost seemingly a new high every single time some new disaster happens.
Glad to still see you around though! Hope you can get better situated!
