Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use in any way unless you are the commissioner.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the stated terms and conditions.

• ••Rights•• •

I have the right as the artist to showcase and distribute any artwork I have created in any way that I like, unless we have agreed otherwise. This includes and is not limited to the use of commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, prints, etc. I may refuse any commission at any time, whether you have paid or not. If you have made payment you will receive a refund if I am unable to do or continue your commission. Once you have made payment on a commission, you may NOT request a refund unless I choose to no longer pursue the work. You are welcome to redistribute or modify your own commission however you like, as long as you credit me as the artist and leave my signature on the given artwork. I will not make a deadline unless we have discussed prior to commissioning.

Scat/vomit/water sports/ dirty diapers
Hard vore
Mecha/armor/ robots/cars
Hyper (mostly, ask)
Incest with parents
MLP
HUGE fat, unless inflated
(more may be added to the list, but don't be afraid to ask.)

Please ask me if you are unsure whether or not I will do the type of commission you want!

• ••Payment and Payment Plans•• •

The customers Paypal will be needed. I only give invoices.
Other payment plans may be worked out if discussed and agreed on.

• ••Refunds•• •

As stated above I will give a full refund if I cannot do your commission.
Once you pay, however, you may NOT request a refund unless I choose to no longer pursue the work, or if deadlines aren't met, or if discussed otherwise.

• ••Edits and Alterations•• •

I normally send WIP's (work in progress) of the sketching process. I will fix and edit things if I have messed up or little things the commissioner requires, (depending on edits, extra charges may be required if the editing is not due to my fault). However, if you okay the sketch and later tell me to alter the image after the commission is finished, I am not obligated to alter anything unless I have messed up the image i.e over looking character markings or concerns previously discussed or agreed on.

• ••Turn-around and Deadlines•• •

My turn-around time varies. It can be a week to a month, but I am always available to ask questions, and keep the commissioner updated. Sometimes dead-lines will be allowed, I.e holidays, birthdays, ect. I keep tabs on who is in line for a commission in my journal header, usually with the process information.

• ••How I work•• •

I keep contact with the commissioner during the commission process. Questions may be asked back and forth. It works much quicker the more thorough the commissioner is with their information. I usually work quickly, but sometimes things come up in which case, I will inform the commissioner of when they should expect their commission. I DO NOT work with text writing of the character, and usually work ONLY with CLEAR colored references.

• ••Contacting me•• •

You may contact me through my notes, my mirera, my Mirera, or my email. (mirera.kitten@gmail.com) The surest way to contact me is through my FA notes, but to keep notes from piling up, I may direct a customer to my email.

• ••Other info•• •

Unfortunately, sometimes miscommunications can happen with a customer and problems occur, OR I may be unavailable. If this happens and I am not able to contact the customer, I may direct my husband gage-puhp or m-ree to get information from a customer or otherwise stated. I give them full permission to speak professionally on my behalf.

The commissioner must be 18+ to buy porn art (sexual pornagraphy 18+ art) from me.
