scanner question! by qrunchy
Hey folks, I got a hardware question
Does anyone know a good way to get a scanner power cable pin out of the scanner's port? It broke out of the plug and is lodged in the scanner now :'( I tried to pry it out but wound up shoving it further in hahaha.... anyone have experience with this problem? I don't want to break my scanner trying to get it out.
Any help is appreciated!

Best option I could offer would be something like get something kind of sticky to press against it, stick to it and pull it out? I dunno how far it's stuck in there or how easy it pushes in/pulls out, but something like a little dot of hot glue on a wire might work? Just poke it on there while its melty and gently pull when it's cooled. Idk how much use that idea is for you though, haha.
