Well, I Guess that's the End of an Era! by thatlittlegoblin
After my last Patreon stream yesterday I fell asleep (exhausted). I'll miss my supporters and spending time with them but I definitely think closing down for now is the right call.
My biggest note is: In 6hrs of work, I still didn't have enough time to even just sketch all the requests. On top of that my wrist was kinda unusable afterwards (but bettering now, rest is important!).
I will still be open for commissions, I just need to re-think the amount of work and pressure I was putting on myself. Gotta re-evaluate and re-shape the ideas I had into a more viable option that doesn't lead to me wearing a wrist brace.
Good news is, I can get back to doing commission streams now that I can space my time out better. Er, at least I will be as soon as I can get set up with Stripe that is. Should be ready in a few weeks as I sorta need a break.
So those should be fun! 8D

I'm just hoping there's a solution that doesn't feel "lacking" for my supporters, but at the same time doesn't tax me so much. Only thing I can think of involves cutting some of the lower tiers/only doing one stream a month. :C
Otherwise I could just use it wholly for funding comic and comic only. But BLEH.

Get some much deserved rest and take care of yourself and your family. That comes first, you know! Going to miss hanging out with you and getting art from you as often as before, but I think I'll live. Maybe. Possibly.

Not really an end in my eyes, but more like hitting the pause button. You've done a lot since you started doing Patreon and I'm glad to have been one of your supporters. When you're ready to get started again, I'll still be there to support your work.

Well with all the changes I need to make, it's definitely not a "hiatus" sort of pause and more of a "remodeling" sort of pause. ; ^; THANK YOU AAAA YOU'RE SWEET

I do drummer stretches! My problem is that I already have carpal tunnel so preventative measures only do so much- only way to avoid a flare up is to watch m'self and know my limits.

I hope you manage to figure out something that'll give you a good return for your skills and all the hard work you put in! At least now you can take it eas(ier) for a while, especially now you're really gonna want to take things slow haha.
