Humans Are Boring by Diskthree
With all this MMO talk recently, I gotta say that humans/humanoids are the most boring race in any fantasy setting. We got humans, and humans with a different #thug4lyfe style and possibly a dongle or two attached. Even anthros are loosing some of their luster, and some people wonder why the non-humanoid races are the most popular in games.

I was very pleased to see a video clip of Conan O'Brien playing some Skyrim and choosing to be a Khajit. Some of it may be a holdover from both Tolkien and D&D (where the latter was originally designed with the intention that it should be human-centric for some reason).
