1.) Quote sheet with reference sheet. To create a quote go to http://tinyurl.com/lpk7rgq. There will be a spot on the quote sheet to provide a link to your ref sheet.

2.) Please take these measurements of your head:
Circumference from nose to nose (once around your head, add an inch for glasses)
Length from neck to middle of top of head

3.) If you are commissioning a 3/4ths or full suit, I will need a duct-tape dummy (DTD). I will give the address by e-mail once I approve your quote. For example instructions on how to do a DTD, there are tutorials such as Don’t Hug Cacti’s at http://donthugcacti.com/dtd.php

4.) I need either a set of shoes (non-hightop) or shoe size (including if shoes are wide, need orthopedics, etc.) if ordering footpaws

5.) Gloves that comfortably fit or glove size for handpaws if they are needed for specs
