Now, I know that things like messenger info and things like that can be found fairly easily, even for those of us who want/like privacy...
...BUT...
...if you randomly add me to your Skype/YIM/AIM/WTF chat listing, PLEASE tell me who you are and where I might know you from. Otherwise, I'll assume you're a bot and auto-deny any contact requests.
This isn't because I'm a jerk or elitist swine, as I tend to give out my messenger info to people who ask...but bots have this very annoying habit of finding me...so I kinda have a gatekeeper.

In short: sudden add requests without telling me who you are and where I know you from get auto-denied. Please remember this. Thanks! ^.^

Yup. I get ones that COULD be furs...but when I check for any info, I get nothing. No location, nothing on Google...nadir.

I have this happen a lot. They're almost always bots (I'm sorry, no, Mr. Bot, you're not major so and so from whatever army, and if you were why the hell would I be talking to you?)
