NES, SNES, N64, Sega Genesis, Famicom Refurbishing And Repair

Hello, and welcome to the world of old school gaming. Right now I am open for business, with my starter company. it is a small, and humble shop at the moment. However, we strive to be some of the best in the business.
Currently, we are offering to clean, restore, and refurbish old cartridge games, and consoles.
Do you have an old console, and aren't entirely sure if it works? Maybe it's severely dirty?
Well, send it on to us! We'll professionally clean, and restore your old system today!

Currently we specialize in these consoles:

Nintendo Entertainment System.
Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
Sega Genesis.
Famicom.

Our process is simple, but promising.

Terms of Use:

1: We offer battery replacement, and soldering to old games.
I: Our employees of this refurbishing company possess the knowledge to solder circuit boards.
II: If soldering or battery replacement is required,we can do so, but must first be authorized by the video game, or console owner.
III: Battery replacement will bump up the cost of repair by $10.00 USD.

2: We do not guarantee that the work done to your video game(s) will fully restore functionality.
I: Older generation video games, and consoles tend to be temperamental, and wonky. Not all refurbishing attempts will be successful.
II: Due to corrosion, years of spit and dust, etc. The contacts to a video game may simply be too far gone to be considered fixable. However, attempts will still be made.

3: We test each game after each refurbishing attempt.
I: Using our own console(s), and then (if sent) the original owner's console to test full on functionality.
II: Using multiple consoles ensures that your product is 100% ready, and playable upon return to the original owner.

4: If 3 refurbishing attempts are made, and no progress is gained towards making the console, game, or both to work, then your money has a 1 week return policy.
I: There is a 1 week (Mon-Sun) allotted time frame for any OPS to reclaim their funds.
II: We understand that life happens, and happens fast. Sometimes the availability of contact isn't so readily available. If circumstances are sufficient enough, the return of funds may be negotiable.

5: Each customer must take an active interest in collecting back the money they have sent for repairs. If no contact can be made, after 1 week of failed attempts to refurbish, the funds will be considered a donation.
I: Donations are always accepted to help boost our company to great success. We appreciate them greatly.
II: If after 1 week of null replies from sender, funds will be added to a general donation pool, and the defective console, games, or both will be returned to the rightful owner.

6: Shipping costs are held to send your items back.
I: By sending return postage fees, you agree that they are not a part of the over-all transaction, meant for the refurbishing process.
II: Any and all shipping costs must be handled by the originating point sender.
III: Any and all shipping costs are non-profit. Any excess is sent back to the originating point sender, unless the OPS wishes to make a generous donation.

7: By accepting our terms of use, you, the OPS agrees that any damages incurred are of by no fault of my staff, and are considered non-liable.
I: Older generation games, and consoles deteriorate over time, and may have become brittle due to wear and tear.

8: All fees, and shipping costs must be handled up front, and promptly.
I: By accepting to send your device(s), as the OPS, all funds must be made available immediately.
II: No progress will be made toward the refurbishing process, until games, console, or both are received, and funds are available.
III: After 1 week of null response from the OPS, if we do not have your games, console, or both, the OPS will be dropped as a current queue client.
IV: After 1 week of null response from the OPS, if we have your games, console, or both, the OPS will be sent back their items. However, their initial payment will be added to a general donations pool.
V: All shipping costs are considered a non-refundable deposit.

9: All OPS clients must agree to these terms up front, before any actions will be taken.
I: Actions include, payments, shipments, and refurbishing attempts.

10: Acceptable payment methods are: Paypal, Check, and Cashiers Check, and Western Union.
I: For work to begin, all funds must become available. This includes waiting on Paypal funds to unlock, as well as a check to clear.
II: Cashiers checks are "as good as cash" upon receiving.
III: Western Union are "as good as cash" upon receiving.
