Like... How many years it take for an avarge artist to improve and become as those ones you like? Like, counting he/she/they practice every week...I'm just asking for a project I'm doing...

Typically several years. Art is something where you kinda constantly improve piece by piece or kinda plateu :x I've steadily improved since high school, which is has been going on 9 years or so.
