*sigh* Starting again... by HemmsFox
So here I am again. It feels like I'm 14 again. Fur Affinity was my home for 8 years... And it didn't collapse on its own, it didn't get e-bombed to death. No. It was sold out. I was sold out. I and the many many artists more fortunate than me to make their living with the Furry Fandom we sold out to a "shit teir chat app for teenagers" that packages their downloaders full of malware.
So here I go...starting over again. I was just starting to get noticed again too... Anyways.
Is Weasyl hiring for volunteer positions for people who believe in the Furry Dream?

Yeah, FA put the final nail in its coffin. I'm still over there at Hemmsfox to protest. I've gotten a lot of flack for it, but some people I know are about to loose their house for sticking up for themselves and moving to weasyl. Their commissions have dropped to zero. Of all the things that people should be angry at IMVU about it's THAT!
I'm gonna upload my protest stuff here too, but not in such an angry way, since Weasyl is my new home. I'll miss FA and its simplicity. I hope Dragoneer gets whats coming to him and I hope this Fandom will get justice even if we don't beat IMVU. I have a lot of sorrow, a lot of anger, and a lot of fear for the Furry Fandom. I really fear what this means for the future of Furries. I fear for our autonomy.

They were hiring mid/late last year, though I don't know their current status on that.
Again, welcome to the Weasyl fold :) In the end, FA offered nothing good to make up for all the bad. And for me, being recognized is something I'm not sure I want.
