I encourage anyone who wants to spread my art around to feel free and do so. Even if you intend to make fun of it... I don’t care! I leave it here for you to do what you will. I would please ask, that if you decide to post my art elsewhere, please give me some credit. Even if you said, “This nauseating abomination of nature created by EmptySet,” that would be enough to make me happy!

I, however, ask of you to refrain from doing certain things with my art. They are, as follows:

1) DO NOT claim my art as your own.

2) DO NOT edit my pictures in any way without asking me first. This includes editing out the watermarks or the EmptySet signature.

3) DO NOT try to sell my art or use it for any commercial purposes without my consent. That’s just lame.

4) If, for whatever reason, you have a work of art made by me that has not been initially posted online to any of my galleries (i.e. commissions, prints, anything without my watermark, etc), then DO NOT post it without my permission.

5) DO NOT claim to be me. Of course, if you already have the screen name or account name of “EmptySet” or any variation of the name, that’s fine, but please don’t masquerade as me.

... after all, why would you want to be me anyway?

6) DO NOT distribute any works of art, that were drawn by another artist and colored/edited by me, without the original artist's expressed permission.

7) DO NOT distribute any commissions without the commissioner's expressed permission.

So, if you follow my simple guidelines, we can all be good friends!

For the record, I want to say that I am not encouraging the distribution of ALL art posted online - Only my own. I know several very talented artists who wish for their art not to be posted elsewhere, and I feel we should all follow their wishes. I feel it should be up to the creator of the art to make the decision of distributing his/her art. Remember, these artists work a lot harder than it seems to finish their creations. We should respect them.
