Well I might know two people who are open for commissions. The prices for there art is cheap and you might even be able to negotiate some prices with them. It all depends on what you want.

Shadows pup art is more of a realistic look. His prices for his work are actually pretty low for the work he puts into it.

This artist just recently started using FA and weasyl. I've personally known her for years and she just keeps improving more on her art as she does more. She has tons of different prices for different things. She is the one who did my design for my fursona.
