IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COMMISSIONS

All Commissioners get a DropBox link to their image while I am working on it where they can refresh the page at any time to see what has been done to their commission and are able to get back to me with any changes that need to be made.

All Prices are subject to change accordingly per commission. You may have some extra fees if your character/commission is complex or I find it necessary. This is by my own discretion and you will be warned of this before payment, while discussing the commission.

Wing It Commissions are products of my own imagination and require very little input from the commissioner aside from a reference sheet or images of the character being drawn.

OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of my products, modified or unmodified. If I do anything with your character(s) involved, you have partial ownership of that piece. My products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event am I to be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, stolen, traced, or copied artworks of your character. Once given to you, as the commissioner, you are there on reliable for the image.
If you would like to upload the image, you may as long as you have some ownership in the image - and accompany it with credit to myself as the artist and/or a link back to my page.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

If you have not bought the image, or it was not bought and gifted to you, you shall not place any of my products - modified or unmodified - on a CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from myself.

UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY

I reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement, and to take any action I deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to the regulators and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating the violation.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to: download link, work-in-progress, etc. without my permission. If you wish another person to see these, please ask me first and I will be happy to send them the link, or agree to you sending them the link. I do this because I like the one-on-one connection that I am allowed to have with my customers and to avoid theft of the art while it is in my hands.

REFUND POLICY

I only offer refunds in cases of which I can no longer do the commission. Once I have started a commission, I will not refund any money up to the point that the commission is worked on [example: If you ordered a full detailed piece, I have gotten to the flat color phase, and you request a refund; you will only be refunded the amount of the commission minus what I have done. So, I will get paid for the flat colored piece, and you would get the rest of the money back].

WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH ME

Please remain respectful and have your information ready - if more is needed, I will request it from you. If you are unsure of what you are looking for, but simply enjoy my work, I will be happy to help think of ideas for an image. Artistic Freedom is your best friend when it comes to working with me, I work a lot better having artistic freedoms, and you get a much better outcome of an image.
