So.... There's more FA drama by Lava
As usual, people are freaking out over something on FA and Crying about leaving. But we all know that few will actually stay gone from that site. Hopefully that will give this site some much needed traffic, enough to have them stick around even. I'm indifferent on the whole matter, really the only reason I stick around on FA is because it has the most traffic out of any of the furry art sites. Though, I may consider just uploading here from now on if traffic does pick up here more.

Yeah, I remember trying out both IMVU and Second Life. I could never get into either. Second Life because I hate the interface, the modeling system, and the fact that all I ever seemed to do was wander around in a laggy environment before getting bored and doing something else. IMVU for various reasons including how it seemed to be set up to milk microtransactions out of you. Though it's my understanding that IMVU has a history of claming rights to artist work in the TOS. So if they try to pull that crap on FA, that's when I'll finally delete all my stuff from there. Until then I just want to concentrate more here and have FA just be a secondary.

Yeah, SL has a big learning curve but now that I know it, its kinda easy to get into. Other than setting up all my preferences whenever I lose them in updates... That takes me awhile. Lag is REALLY dependent on the server at the time or your own system's GPU.
If imvu does that then I'm going to cackle to myself and kick my paws up on my desk.

Last shit storm with the sexual predators and whatnot is what pushed me away.
imvu is just a browser version of Second Life from what I gather, anyways :s
