Chosen Rule Set:

1. Only the first pokemon encountered in each area may be captured. If the FIRST capture attempt fails, no more pokemon can be caught in that area.

2. All pokemon on the team must be given nicknames.

3. If a pokemon faints, it is considered DEAD FOREVER and it must be released.

4. A "white out" (all pokemon in the party die) means game over even if other pokemon are stored in the PC.

5. No transfered, traded, gifted, or legendary pokemon allowed.

6. If a shiny pokemon is encountered at any time, it must be caught, but can never be used in battle unless it is the first pokemon encountered in an area.

7. No Super Training or Pokemon-Amie allowed.

8. No fleeing allowed.

9. No voluntary reloading should things go South.

10. Rules will not be enforced until obtaining the starter pokemon.
