I find that when my nitration is lacking or fading, that an easy way tore-energize, besides Taking a break (also good), is to watch anatomy tutorials on Youtube or join in on an active stream or three for a bit.

    Yeah, I hear you, I'm really easy to distract too. Usually when I'm watching Streams to reenergize, I have my sketchpad or whatever arting tool available and I art along with them.
