We finally got quite a bit of snow, so me and my brother went up for some snowshoeing! I'd never been before, but it was a lot like hiking so it didn't feel too difficult. The only hard and frustrating part was dealing with the straps on the old snowshoes we borrowed from my grandparents. Renting newer ones probably would have been worth the money for first timers like us.

The place we went was the Solitude Nordic Center in the Wasatch Mountains. I've been hiking in the area, but it's a lot different when everything is covered in snow. It makes the mountains and forests a lot more picturesque. I'll have some photos up on my writing blog sooner or later.

I feel like I only got about half of last week's stuff done so this week I'll be focusing on finishing up some ideas/requests as well as getting started on some fun continuous projects I've been wanting to do.
