Like I cherish my ability to surprise people with my comics, but I also love showing people my work, and sometimes that's a character coming in the future, or a plot point... so it makes it hard to show people.
Though I notice some people post art of characters that haven't been in the comic for a long while before they debut.
So I wonder how you feel about spoilers? As creators or just enthusiasts.
Do you think surprises are worth protecting? Do you talk openly about major spoilers and blame people for not seeing the movie? Do you think it varies on circumstance?
As a creator I think it depends on who you ask, but in my personal opinion I don't mind spoilers overall if they are clearly marked before as such. However, I'm fond of mysteries & puzzles. If someone told me who the murderer was in a murder mystery I'd be pretty upset. As I enjoy making my own theories and/or figuring out the mystery/puzzle for myself.
In another example, if someone told me X character falls in love with Y, or that they later break up for Z, I could care less about those spoilers.

It's a hard one, as people like to be surprised, while others like to see spoilers.
