Tentatively I am working on a comic concept the very loose title is "Fated".It's about a nobody in a land of fantasy based on various fairy tales and legends. The character named Karl Jerkins is sentenced to exile for declaring his own personal war against his fate of being no one. He's exiled from the kingdom of Eve and sent to the freezing woods of the Lost Forrest where he encounters B.B. the wolf ruler of the woods. There they go about trying to find out what is Karl's purpose and meet up with various characters along the way. Mostly this is a story about villains and what makes them evil or rather what leads them to do what they have been doing.

B.B. is the big bad wolf, a large anthro type being who actually was going to come out of the closet as a werewolf to his sister who was visiting "Grandma", a local seer located in the middle of the Lost Forrest. Unfortunately things went terribly wrong. B.B wears a torn red scarf, leather vest, pants, chains, will look pretty bad ass as a character. He rules over the Lost Forrest but is intriqued by Karl and his head strong quest to challenge fate.

Karl Jerkins is a human average, owns a second hand book store in Eve before being exiled for declaring that evil isn't evil but can be made good if given a chance. He's rather weak physically but is pretty smart and rather head strong which can be a weakness and a strength. He sees the kingdom of Eve as being very totalitarian and not very real as a result.

The Witch/Dark Queen ruler of the Western Wastelands the evil queen is not the villain of the story. She takes in Karl to teach him magic and there's some character revelations that will be slightly big. She's an amalgamation of all the witches, wicked step moms, and evil villianessess in fairy tales but in reality she sees the kingdom of Eve as being just as evil as an character she may be.

There's more but I don't want to naturally give it all away. Still working on characters, sides characters, and plot lines. Very much a good start though. :)
