I've been needing a commission TOS for the longest time. About time I make one lol
I'll most likely add to this if I think of anything to add.

1. Payment must be sent within 24 hours. If you go over that, you will forfeit your commission.
2. Ref sheets must be flat colored and easily readable. It's very hard to select the right color on a shaded reference.
3. NO secondlife or IMVU refs. These are also very difficult to select colors on.
4. I do not draw NSFW art. This includes nudity/pornography. (nudity meaning nips and other adult body parts showing) I also do not draw excessive fat, huge muscles, machinery, weapons (swords/knives/blades are okay), or detailed backgrounds (I might in the future. I'm still learning).
5. I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with your idea/character or feel your idea/character is above my skill level.
6. When getting a commission, fill out this form. Commission type (sketch/colored sketch/lined/painting/etc.): Size (bust/waist-up/fullbody): Shading Y/N: Additional character(s) Y/N: Ref(s): Additional info (poses ideas/themes):
7. For YCH's/adoptables if it's an auction. Only bid if you know you'll be able to pay. Any bid retractions will get you blacklisted/banned from future auctions.
8. For free art. When doing free art, it is never first come, first serve. I will pick characters I want to draw. Refs must also follow rules #2 and #3.
