So, I've made a decision. While working out stuff with my old PayPal account, I've created a new one and linked it up with my new bank account. So, while it means it'll take a couple days for me to access any money from commissions, it's good enough for now.

Commissions are back to normal status, everyone.

I still have problems, but now I'll be able to resolve them without having an inability to earn money ^^;
