There we go again. Again, you'll see only artists who have an account here. Feel free to check the editions of this journal on InkBunny and FurAffinity as well. ATM I can't feature every open artist because I've limited time to write something down about them and research about their artwork. My apologies if you feel underappreciated.

Chibitracy is open. Using SAI and Wacom Intuos5, she is focused on digital art. Especially Chibis. Western cartoons and Gumball her primary inspiration source. You can find her queue here and her prices, simplified TOS and simplified AUP here

Kazekai is open for a couple of weeks. Despite she has drawn traditionally time by time and on her (3)DS with Colors as well, she is used to do digital art with her pen tablet. In the past she used Sketchbook Pro 2011, Artweaver Plus and SAI, but nowadays she does the trick with Artrage.

Notable mentioning is that she draws characters mostly with a Sonic-like style and that she also have a decent skill in scenery art. Read her prices on her profile page

Brittany (BatLadie on FA) is open as well. She is merely focused on digital drawing chibis with her tablet.

Flygon is open. He doesn't do lineart, but he colors and inks very nice. So if you have a lot of drawn lineart, and you want to have a couple of them colored and inked, ask him~
