I've been at it for a year. Self taught no books just internet and pdfs.

I've still not gotten to that level feel will be ok to draw. Which is what it is, more practice I guess.

So I can get the figures down in the poses I want.. Enough to where if I could add cloths and detail it'd look good enough to post. I just can't seem to draw the faces. I'm curious to see if any of the artists have links to tutorials they used that may help a person like myself, who wishes to do art.

Most of the time though I spend on music since I can actually make that much better than I can drawings. Haha, either way I can't help but laugh at myself sometimes because I don't do so well. But I learn from my mistakes thanks to some really good friends who will tell me what they think on the art, and are brutally honest about it. By which I mean they point out specific things to me to show me where I can improve or where I have a good understanding of things.
