first off, i wanted to again thank whoever so quickly got to my name change request. lord that was fricken fast! and answered a question i had in the same email. i'm not used to staff who actually do things. you staffers here at weasyl are awesome. keep up the fantastic work and keep setting good examples!

secondly, i had my username changed. i wanted to let everyone watching me know because i changed my name over on tumblr months back and had several people confused/worried because i didn't think to mention i changed my name. LOL

formerly ruskiiee, my universal handle has been changed to cptmercier. i changed it to that over on da as well, and am using it on other sites i'm signed up to. so basically anywhere i may be, you'll most likely find me under this username. if i'm unable to change my username on certain sites it'll stay ruskiiee, so if all else fails you can look me up under that handle and you'll most definitely likely find me. if it's neither of those names then i'm not on that site. lD

i'd been wanting to change my name for a really long time. now i feel kinda... refreshed? sorta like it's a new start, clean slate. like i'm shedding a lot of shit by moving away from ruskiiee and into cptmercier. also i just fricken love that name so. pretty damn happy right now!

i'm also open for commissions! desperately open, actually. see this journal for specifics as to why and what i'm offering and some examples.

tl;dr: we don't have any money to celebrate christmas this year and i was really hoping to earn a little bit of money to get my brother something to celebrate. whatever else i make will go into buying what else we need that we can't with EBT(which is basically anything not edible). my big concern is saving enough money to also get simon(my cat) some flea medicine, flea spray, kitty litter and food. my ball python, fleur, also needs some food. so yeah. any commissions will really help out.
