Commission Information by Kaeilia

I felt that it would be fitting for my first journal on here to be my commission information, even if I don't expect to get any interest. But if you do lie my art, keep your eye out, because I'm planning on doing a Holiday sale or something like that.

My Terms of Service

I accept money through both Paypal, and DA points. [DeviantArt Account]

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to and must follow these terms or service:

  • You will not edit, change, copy, trace, etc. without my express permission. My artist signature is not to be removed, though you can ask for it to be smaller if it is in the way.

  • I reserve the right to post the work on my DA, FA and Weasyl accounts. You will be credited for the commission and/or character (or whosoever the character belongs to)

  • Payment must be completed before I begin working on your commission. If I do not finish in a timely fashion, you will be reimbursed in full.

  • Please note me if you would like to add the piece as a collection to your own gallery.

  • Please do not rush me. I have a life, but commissions do take precedence over all other art projects. You may, of course, ask how the art is coming along and for a preview.

Commissions come with no (or only simple) backgrounds. More complicated backgrounds will be calculated into cost depending on complexity

Extra characters cost half of the original commissions cost. Small animals or pets cost one quarter

Rules

  • No hardcore sex, but I am willing to try pin up and some nudity
  • No full mech suits, limbs are permissible
  • I reserve the right to post the picture on both my DA and FA accounts, giving you the credit for the character
  • Fan art is allowed (I will draw the fanart for you)
  • Payments are to be made through Paypal or DA points
  • I won't begin drawing until you pay me. If the art is not completed in a reasonable time (within 2-6 weeks, circumstances permitting), you will be refunded
  • Any traditional work will be completed in pencil crayon, as I don't have a huge assortment of copic markers yet.

What I Need From You

  • What style? (traditional; digital; lineart)
  • What choice? (icon, bust shot, badge, chibi, fullbody, reference sheet)
  • Character(s) information including all; items, weapons, characteristics, clothing, etc. aka anything I need to know (picture references would be wonderful)
  • Extra information (this includes any background information about you character(s)). If you'd like to share as personality can sometimes help get the right feel.
  • Or if you want certain positions or anything of the like, if you would like a specific background, etc.
