      and as far as im concerned if the person was THAT upset and wanted to warn them than more power to them

      but they could have posted it on tumblr
      and made a link to that post here. they didnt need to write a whole journal here.
      admins WERE doing their jobs.

      and i know its bad, rapists are no bueno
      but theres different ways to go about things.
      theres always a different, better way to handle things.

      and again, FA has a very bad, bad man running their site and no one bats and eye at it.

      the admins here are very nice, good people.

    HONESTLY like, this is so so stupid. Weasyl itself did not rape anyone, it's not condoning rape, and MOST of all, they even gave the person a WARNING before removing the journal like "hey fix this yourself, you can say what you want, just don't DIRECTLY link anyone. They even stated that a 'go read more about it on my tumblr, you can find a link to it in my profile info.' is acceptable, they just do not allow direct linking to someone's page or names or something. Which is 500% understandable. Where on FA they don't even think twice, they don't care what you did, how you did it, who did what, they just remove journals and stuff without batting an eyelash.

    But like Weasyl admin have stated, they are not a rape hospital, they are not medical doctors, they are not the police. So starting something like this on an ART website, is honestly hurting people more than it is helping because if something like that happened to you, spreading it like wildfire on a website that can do literally nothing to help you, is not even doing anything.

    OHAND ALSO- Dragoneer actually (semi)recently updated, that call out journals are now okay apparently ??

      but yes, bottom line, sure youre trying to protect members of a community you care about
      but you dont need to DIRECTLY SAY "omg Bob1234 is a rapist."
      fucked up shit right there.
