If I have paid for a piece of art, I own it. Any characters involved with any of my characters, belong to their respective owners. That being said, at any time, someone can come to me, and request a take-down of any image. I have gotten over what's happened between me, and several people in my past, so I am going to be posting what ever I feel my fans would want to see.
Should any art appear to have your character in it, you are welcome to ask me to remove said image. Going to admins is unnecessary, and rude. This has yet to happen, so I'm just throwing it out there, in case someone gets offended about me having something up. Most of what I actually paid for, cost between $45-$85.00 USD. You are of course welcome to reimburse me for any costs I may have incurred in the process of what happened between us, to cause you to not want the image(s) up on my page.
I can not however guarantee that the image(s) will not appear on such websites as, e621, rule34, or any other image boards. It is up to you to seek out the external sources, to get the images removed. Paying me for the offending image(s) will guarantee that I do not post them again in the future to other websites, that I am a member of. I will specifically put them into a folder labeled, "do not post."
From then on, it will be as if the images have vanished. Until said time, the images will remain up in my gallery. However, any image that I have already made pay-me demands on, will remain up, until I am paid for their removal, since I spent a good sum of money on them. Yes, I am hard up for cash at the moment, and it is cruel and greedy on my behalf.
However, these are my terms set out before you. If I have your account blocked, and you cannot reach me, my email is, scheknul@yahoo.com . You may have a friend come to me in your place as well. I will require a link to the offending image.
So I say again, as an incentive to never post the offending image(s) again, you must pay me what I paid for the image. charging back the money after the image is taken down, will result in the image going back up, and being back to square one. Again, I know this is cruel, and greedy on my behalf, but these are my terms. Either deal with the fact that they are on my page, and stop hurting over the past, or do something about it.
