This has been in my mind for a good while now and it resurfaces every now and then.

But basically, I sometimes look at the OCs of some artists I follow and some of them are really cool and all, enough so to make me want to draw them. My thought process usually goes from "I bet they'd like some fanart of their character, I mean I would like it!" to "I'm not as good artist as they are/I'll probably draw something wrong and they won't like it" etc etc...

Am I alone with this?

I mean, I would personally be overjoyed if I suddenly saw someone else's drawing of my characters, it would be just amazing but then my self-criticism boots me right into my face and makes me think I'd most likely just draw something wrong, depicting a character completely wrong or something. :c

I don't know, I've just come across with so many awesome characters at FA that this popped into my mind several times.
