A lot of things have happened since the last status update. Overall, things are looking up after the tough start this year.

• I resigned from my full-time programming position back in March to re-focus on my comics and freelance. I'm not going to describe the circumstances that led to this, but I am so glad to be producing art again. It may not have been the wisest choice financially, but --
• My Patreon campaign has had a great start, and has been instrumental in keeping the comics alive. I am so grateful to have such wonderful readers; my heartfelt thanks go out to each of you!
• The Patreon campaign has allowed me to:
  • Draw weekly AMA (ask me anything) comics
  • Bring S&S back in color!
  • Make 9t9 a weekly strip
  • Create a daily work-in-progress art archive
• Speaking of comics, Swords and Sausages has just 4 more pages to go before I finalize it for the book. It's been a long journey getting here. The final book is a little over 100 pages long, and will be printed in full color. I'll be collecting some feedback later about including extra content in the book, as well as pricing and printing options. ETA February 2015.
• I am catching up coloring the S&S pages that were released in black and white or flat colored. 9 more pages to go.
• Nine to Nine is in the middle of its first story arc. Personally, I really wanted to skip the long establishing story (unfortunately, it's not the best material I've written), but starting in the middle would've been way too confusing. Anyway, just a few more strips, and we can move onto the wacky stuff.
• Conventions! I will be attending Further Confusion 2015, in San Jose, CA, USA, from January 16th-18th. I do not have a table though. More details to follow as the date approaches.
• Still on the topic of conventions, I did art for Wild Nights 2014. I haven't posted that art yet, but will do so when I remember. Some of the art was sold on shirts and prints in Mephit Fur Meet via Paw Pad Printing.
• I'm excited to announce I will be attending RainFurrest 2015 in Seattle, WA, USA in September 2015, as a guest of honor! I am very grateful to the committee for the invitation, and am already producing art in preparation for the convention. The theme is "Swords and Sorcery", so S&S fits in perfectly :)
• I am still drawing Tails and Tactics series 2 art. To dispel any rumors, I have not quit the project; it's just the full-time job earlier this year threw a serious monkey wrench into my production capabilities, hence the search for guest artists. But now that I'm back on my feet, T&T is on its way. In fact, I just finished 4 cards last week.
