Terms Of Service

The art you purchased from me will be published on sites I go on with a watermark to protect it from those who wish to claim as their own. I do not wish to have my art posted anywhere else except for FurAffinity and Weasyl. For posting it on FurAffinity and Weasyl, you must have my permission as well as my watermark. The original without the watermark is yours to keep to yourself and not been shown anywhere else on the internet.

The regulations for buying my art is simple and straight forward.

1. When being commissioned, I will only accept a certain amount at a time.

2. I prefer my clients to pay first before I start doing their commissions they've ordered to avoid being scammed.

3. If a client decides to withdraw their order when I'm in the middle of doing their commission they've asked. Will result in not getting their money back. Same goes to those who decide to withdraw at the last minute.

4. Please be patient when I am doing your commissions as I don't like being rush. Being rushed will result in badly done art.

5. I do not tolerate being harassed, insulted, etc - by my clients. If this happens, they will not have their money back, but will refuse to finish the commission they've asked. It goes the same to those who will try to harass, insult, etc - when they receive the completed commission, which will result of being refused service for any commissions they want me to do for them.

6. As an artist still trying to improve. I am only capable with the things I can do. Asking me things I have never drawn before, is a challenge for me and will try my best drawing them.

7. When given a description of a character with no reference, I can only do what I can in drawing him/her, depending how simple and detailed the description is.

If you want to commission me, just send a note saying what you want and your email, in case you decided to withdraw and want a refund. However, the refund can only be obtainable when the commission is at its sketching stage.
