Not sure if anyone will find interest in these or not. But like my icon I have made for myself I will open up 3 slots to start with for Glitch Icons.

What I do as to why they are so expensive:

I draw the original picture, on a 4x4 inch sized canvas 2400 pixels by 2400 pixels and do all the work mostly in SAI.
When I go to do the glitching effect I use a site that I have to do each layer as a glitch. (THIS is time consuming as to I have to go and do a different glitch for every layer. It sounds easy, but it IS time consuming!)
Once I have all those layers, I must save in PSD format and then Open it in GIMP. (Since Gimp is the only program I have that will let me save GIF formats.)
I do the resizing in GIMP for it mostly and go from there.

I'll do icons from the sizes of 50x50 pixels to the largest size of 180x180 pixels. (I don't know of any sites that let you have an icon larger then sizes.)

FAQ on them:

Q: Why are they so expensive/only available via paypal? I only have points!
A: $5 is not expensive. When you think about the time it takes me to make one, based on how large I draw the original file so you don't have a shit looking icon, I think its fair. I only do paypal because it's actual money, and I have little use for points on this site. If you only have points, that isn't really my problem?

Q: Will you do an art trade or request of one of these?
A: I will not do trades for these icons. Unless you a good friend of mine, no I won't do a request of one.

Q: What makes you think your so special in making these? Anyone could make one?
A: I don't think I'm special in making these. And if other people wanna try to make their own, they may feel free to. I'm doing this as a way to earn some extra money.

Q: Once I pay for my icon, can I use it other places as well?
A: Yes. Once its paid for then you may use it where ever you want. Let it be known, that I'll also be opening up these commissions on FA (FurAffinity), Tumblr, and dA (deviantART).

Q: Will you do pairing icons?
A: Yes, but then its the price of two. It'd be $10 for a pair of icons. (Not so sure how they'd look together though fyi )

Q: How long do you plan to keep opening slots?
A: If the slots get filled, I won't open them back up till I finish the ones I have to do. I'll be doing them all month until Halloween.

Q: Can I place a hold on a slot?
A: No, its based on a first come first served principle.

Q: Are there restrictions to what you'll draw?
A: Yes. I try to stick to just head shots, no full body due to the low quality it'd be and its not pixel based.
-I will do mainly animals, but I will do people head shots as well.
-I avoid difficult themed things such as really difficult designs. But I will always give it an attempt first.
-I really don't feel comfortable doing NSFW pictures, but if you really wish to have something that would be in that kind of category, then find me on FA, and note me there.
