It means you have a tag(s) in your blacklist filters that the submission also has, so it's blocking it from you.

    Hm, that's really strange. Do you have a your mature or explicit filter on? Maybe it's able to recognize tags associated with mature/explicit material, I'm not sure though. I'd ask an admin to find out for sure.
