What I will and will not draw.

Please be mindful of my skills and my comfort zone, which you can get a decent idea from my gallery. I have artwork not featured online and can provide examples upon requests. I do not draw genitals. I personally believe I do not have the skills to draw complex vehicles, robotic machinery/appendages as well as I would like, Male anatomy is slow work for me, and but I am more than willing to put forth my best efforts.
My forte includes anything "cute", “chibi”, female, anthropomorphic, music related, cartooning, illustration, comics, costume repair, animation, and much more! These are not my limitations but a list of things you will find in my gallery done personally that I enjoy doing commission works of.
For clients who wish to use a copyright character in a commission, I will not draw a crossover or “Mary Sue” type characters with said copyright characters. Personal characters which fall under the “universe” of a copyright character or franchise are acceptable, but should be discussed beforehand for approval.

Contact

Commission inquiries and questions have to submitted by e-mail.
Absolutely no privet message, or comments will be excepted to buy for freelance work. Once you have agreed to a quote, I will send you and you agree to my work terms I will send you a work order code. You must use this code via a personal note from the website/sites you found my work and/ or wish for me post your work to.
E-mail is a more secure way of communication, especially if sharing personal or sensitive information.
If you’d prefer to contact me for a quick question, I can also be reached on Skype via the username nxcommissions. Please include your name/username and your question in the first text, do not simply send a “hello”.

Pricing

I recommend a quote be requested for me to give you the proper pricing for a desired commission.
Quotes can fluctuate with time, but I will hold to a quote for thirty (30) days after an inquiry, and include a Quote code in your e-mail response.
All of my prices are subject to change at any given moment, without notification. Commissions in progress while a price change has taken effect will not be affected. ( Aka you get something for 15 usd, and I change my prices to 25 usd you already having a quote or commission with me only pay the 15 usd)

Shipping (if applicable)

If a commission requires to be shipped, it will be discussed prior to payment.

Refunds

A FULL refund will only be given to commissions which have not been started, regardless of reasoning.
Partial refunds will be given based on the stage at which the commission is at, and the amount to be charged will be based on the minimum of work done.
Once a commission is completed, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
A refund will be given if you are slandering, or harassing me, but your commission(s) will be discarded and I will no longer accept work from you and an artist beware maybe posted depending severity of the issue.
In the event of a special circumstance, personal crisis, or an exceptionally prolonged delay (1 year or more), a commission can be cancelled at any given moment at my discretion, and a FULL refund will be issued; or the commission may be cancelled upon request and a FULL refund issued as long as all of the terms stated above is taken into account.

Payment

Payment is to be made upfront before a commission is started. If payment cannot be made within a 2 week period of an approved commission, the slot becomes forfeit and open for another potential customer.
For higher price commissions, a payment plan may be arranged upon request. If payment cannot be made in full /or worked out in a payment plan, the commission will be cut off based off the amount received and the price equivalent on the pricing of work done.
I DO NOT only accept PayPal for online transactions. At conventions, I accept cash, as well as PayPal and I will provide a receipt of purchase. I will accept personal, business checks, or money orders,and even Walmart gift cards, after speaking with you personally.
When sending your paypal payments, anything not sent as goods or services can and will be considered a donation.
Donations must be sent as a gift.

Commission Process

For those who are interested, you may request a slot to be held if necessary. There is a 2 week deadline to receive payment, before the slot will be forfeit.
I must be contacted via e-mail to discuss the commission and express my approval. Failure to send payment will result in a loss of a slot and will open up to the next interested client.
I try my best to work on a first-come, first serve basis, but occasionally jumping around commissions facilitates my work flow. Please bear in mind, this is not customer preference, and that your commission will still be finished and will not fall to the way-side. Please refer to the Refunds section regarding past-due, late, or special circumstance cancellations.

References

Please if you have a non General reference please edit the genitalia out or let me know in advance. I would prefer to work with general references. For characters without a visual reference sheet please let me know in advance if it's not clean with a nsfw rating. I also require the client to have an acutely precise written description or their character(s) or to work with me on a stream. If an adequate reference cannot be obtained, I can for a small fee, make a small temp reference for the work if desired.
Likewise, an accurate, up to date and clear visual reference must be provided to be accepted. Any missing details not included in a reference will not qualify for a revision. If an up to date reference cannot be provided, an addendum( additional image) must be attached with any missing details.

Waiting Lists and Requests

A waiting lists may be kept for commissions I am interested in doing but currently cannot take on. The list is small but reserved for larger projects. I reserve the right to add, remove and rotate anyone on the waiting list at my sole discretion.
I typically will not accept requests, but in the event I make an exception, requests can never be considered guaranteed artwork. If a request is made, I cannot be held to a deadline for completion. This applies to all free works offered as well.

What is to be expected during the commission process

Progress shots/Works in Progress
I will only provide a work in progress (WIP) for larger scaled commissions, commissions with complex details, or for highly complex, text-based character descriptions upon request. Commissions that are simple sketches do not quality for WIPs.

Streams/Screen Share (preferred method of work)
In lieu of a WIP, I offer and prefer a stream or screen share for my works. A private, one-on-one sessions are always welcomed, and will be done via Skype and/or a third-party video streaming service.

Deadlines/Time frame

I prefer not to work on a set deadline. I like to take my time and calmly finish artwork and not have it be rushed. I feel that by doing so, you will be getting the most out of your money. I try to spend no more than a month working on a reasonably laborious piece, and it will never extend beyond six months unless required for the commissions type. Please do not harass me for an estimated completion date. Consistent harassment may result in a partial refund and cancellation of a full commission if the offence is large enough you may be posted on artist beware for others to have a reasonable understanding, where the client receives exactly what has been done up until cancellation. If a certain piece is desired by a specific date, please make note of it initially prior to the start of commissioning; if a piece needs to be rushed, defined as taking an immense amount of time in a limited time frame, an additional fee will be charged. The latter will be assessed and brought up to the client if a rush fee is necessary.

What needs to be understood after the commission is complete.

Revisions

I will allow up to 2 separate revision instances within a commission post-completion at no additional cost. An instance constitutes a day (or two, at most) spent on correcting any mistakes, missing details or color corrections I may have forgotten or overlooked and is only applicable to commissions that are colored. This does not include any major changes, like a character redesign, or reposing. Please look over your commission thoroughly and included as many mistakes found all at once which makes it easier for me to get it finished on time. After 2 revision requests, or after 3 days, I will not accept any revisions.
For streamed work, I expect you point out all that you want changed and to respond when I ask questions. I prefer streamed work over the normal commission work because it allows me to work with you and create a piece perfectly custom tailored to you, and your wishes.

Client’s Right

Clients retain complete ownership of the character(s) ( their trade mark ) in the commission which originally belonged to them. They have the right to post their commission onto art sites, image boards, and other social media outlets if desired, so long as any signature or watermark is not tampered or edited and you provide a link to the work to me the artist, and so long as no profit is made from the commissioned piece by the commissioner or third party ( I.E. prints, shirts, anything involving my work and other getting paid for it) with out expressed permissions and/or the client paying for a reproduction document.
Clients will receive a full, high-resolution copy of the original piece, as well as a smaller, optimized file for sharing( if applicable).

Artist Right

I retain the right to post the commission onto art sites, personal website, social media sites and include in an art portfolio if desired, at no additional monetary gain for the exception of examples of commissioned work. If a client wished I not publicly share a commission, it must be acknowledged prior to commissioning, and not in post.
I reserve the ownership of any of my own personal character(s) included in a commission, if included with a client’s character(s), if applicable. I retain the right to ask you to remove all images at any time. I prefer not to do this but in some cases I have found it necessary to do so and will never be prompted to do so unless valid reasoning is given.

By contacting me for a commission you agree to these terms, and Agree that this work on a personally commissioned non taxed bases. The only tax's applied are from second and third parties such as but not limited to, Paypal transaction fee's, and shipping which you the client are obligated for unless specified other wise.
