Like the journal suggests, I haven't drawn much in the past year or so.

THAT'S TOO DAMN LONG.

Most advice I see is to just do it anyway, at least once a day. Even if it's a sketch. Can't say that to be very effective for me. Even that feels like a chore on top of working a full time overnight job.

I also get advice from non-artist friends. I really appreciate the ones that try to help by saying my art is good, but it isn't nearly the same as receiving advice from an artist friend, which are very few and far in between if any.

I also have met people saying this is just an excuse. Well, fuck those guys. And yes, they certainly aren't artists either, so I don't let it get to me too much.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me, and anyone else having a similar problem? o:
